A historical treasure in beautiful Andros town, Chora, the capital of Andros island, this old traditional mansion was fully restored by its owners in 2007. Built on a rocky peninsula surrounded by two sandy beaches with crystal clear water, Chora has a spectacular coastline and is well known for its cultural life, its museums, its open theater, its churches, its picturesque stone on marble pared streets and squares, for its aristocratic urban traditional or neoclassical buildings and houses. The house is located on the best spot of the town, with the larger exterior space in town, with 120° view to the sea, (Nimborio bay) and to the distant hills, mountains and villages. It spreads over three levels. The interiors combine the best of the area’s urban style, with authentic antique pieces of furniture and paintings and all modern comforts. This villa is suitable for more than 16 guests, is a spacious and private property appropriate for big groups of friends and families.

ACCOMODATION

The residence consists of two large apartments, each one having independent entrance.
The main house apartment is on the upper ground and on the first floor and accommodates 12 guests.
The quest house is on the lower ground floor, pool level and accommodates another 4 guests.
